The Grocers' Company takes allergy requirements extremely seriously, with the health and safety of our guests paramount.

We ask guests to provide information about whether they have an allergen to foods, or if there is a medical, or religious/ethical reason not to consume certain ingredients. Where an allergen has been identified, the guest will be asked to complete and sign a 'Food Allergy Disclaimer Statement'. We will accommodate the request by providing a dish that does not contain potentially harmful ingredients.

Whilst we take steps to minimise risk and safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that all 14 allergens as listed in the Food Information (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2019 are used at our premises.

Our food may contain or come into contact with any of the 14 recognised allergens.

Additional Notes

We are not able to cater for personal preferences or dislikes. If an allergen has been identified, and a separate meal is prepared, strictly no substitutions will be made on the day if the guest changes their mind. We have the right to serve guests with allergens first, which may have an impact on service.
